Today this website completes 1 month, and I want to share my experience of creating it and what I plan to learn to improve it.
I wanted to have a place just for me and my art, a place free from the pressure of social media algorithms that were impacting my emotional health (and I confess that it still gets me sometimes) But when I looked and saw that many indie artists had their own websites, it really motivated me to make one too. That's when I needed to learn HTML and CSS programming. This helped me divert my focus from the social media algorithm for a while. I really enjoyed learning and putting the idea into practice.
It was quite challenging at first, but as time went by, I started to enjoy more what I was learning and became less dependent on tutorials. At the moment, I consider that I know the basics of this programming language. I'm not exactly a professional at it, but I'm doing my best for this site, and I believe that's the most important thing.
I want to make it more attractive and interactive for those who visit it. I feel like it's too small, as if something is still missing, I really want to improve that.
I thank those who read this far and I would appreciate it even more if you stopped to read my webcomic 'Mahou Shounen Magical Angel' you can find it on Webtoon or Tapas, it has been a very important project for me and I would like more people to know about it, well, that's it and thank you for following my work and also my website!
